About Us

With over 20 years of consulting experience specializing in healthcare & life sciences, CORE Consulting Founder, Kate has seen first-hand what it takes to succeed in this complex space.

Founded in 2012, CORE Consulting Group provides strategic support to growing biotech companies and the venture firms that support them. Prior to founding CORE, Kate worked for Accenture in their Strategy practice and for Booz, Allen & Hamilton.

Kate’s passion is working with executive teams to help them execute on their vision of delivering innovative treatments to patients in need. She does this by focusing on strategic planning, Board development, leadership/team coaching, and culture/organizational development.  She has been told her Offsites and Retreats are “one-of-a-kind”.

Kate’s impressive list of clients range from venture-backed start-ups to mid-size biotech companies.  She has worked with the brightest and boldest companies in the industry.

Kate holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA in Economics & Mathematics from the University of Virginia. She lives in Providence, RI with her husband and two sons where she is an active member of her community partnering with various non-profits.
